The problem
Video review was built for a different era.
Every team doing video right now is running the same broken loop — burning hours every week on logistics, not creativity.
Drive links buried in WhatsApp
Finding the right file takes 10 minutes before you even start reviewing.
Download 2–10 GB just to review
You wait 20+ minutes for a file, watch once, send a voice note, and repeat.
Feedback scattered across 4 apps
Slack, WhatsApp, Google Docs, email. The editor has no idea which thread is final.
Manual upload to YouTube every time
Copy title, paste description, re-upload thumbnail. Every. Single. Time.
The solution
Three steps. No Drive. No WhatsApp.
01
Contributors submit directly
Anyone you invite drops their finished edit straight into your queue. No Drive links. No email chains. It's there the moment they upload.
02
Review in the browser
Watch without downloading. Pin comments to exact timestamps. Approve or request changes — everyone sees the same version, in real time.
03
One click to YouTube
Approved? Hit publish. Titles, descriptions, tags, and scheduling are already saved. No copy-pasting. No manual upload.
