Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2025
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ProdBeast ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. ProdBeast is operated by Yadav Narayan (yadavnarayann@gmail.com).
2. Description of Service
ProdBeast is a private video review and publishing platform. It allows invited users to submit video files for review, collaborate with feedback, and publish approved videos to YouTube. Access is by invitation only — the platform is not open for public registration. Each company or team operates within its own isolated organisation workspace.
3. Accounts, Access, and Organisation Administrators
- Accounts are created by the ProdBeast platform administrator or by designated organisation administrators (org admins).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not share your account or allow others to access the platform using your credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Organisation administrator responsibilities:
- Org admins are responsible for managing their organisation's member list — inviting, editing roles, and removing users within their own organisation.
- Org admins must ensure that users they invite have agreed to these Terms of Service before granting them access.
- Org admins may not grant access to individuals outside their company without explicit authorisation from the ProdBeast administrator.
- Org admins are responsible for the activity of users they invite and manage.
4. Google Drive and YouTube Integration
ProdBeast integrates with Google Drive and YouTube via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account:
- You grant ProdBeast scoped, revocable access to your Google Drive files and/or YouTube channel solely for the purpose of video review and publishing.
- Your files remain in your own Google account at all times. ProdBeast does not copy or retain your Drive files on its own servers.
- You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share and publish any content you submit through the platform.
- ProdBeast's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is illegal, or violates YouTube's community guidelines.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
- Attempt to access another organisation's workspace or data.
- Use the platform for any purpose other than video review and publishing workflows.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content through ProdBeast, you grant us a limited licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g. streaming for review, publishing to YouTube on your instruction). We do not claim any ownership over your content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ProdBeast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements. Use the platform at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProdBeast and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any loss of data or content.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProdBeast after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
